BdSoN is a non-partisan, voluntary, altruistic, research and development-oriented organization. In principle, BdSoN claims to be identified as a third sector organization free of complex and hegemonic power-relations embedded in typical political organizations. It also characterizes itself as “co-producer” of social capital and public goods by the meaning of promoting skills, attitudes, and knowledge of nonviolence in the society.
